TonAxis pays a fixed amount only, regardless of the actual financial loss.

Two Qualifying Events

Category A — Platform Account Suspension

72+ continuous hours of suspension on an approved platform.

Approved Platforms:

Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, Instacart, Grubhub, Amazon Flex, Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer.com, Toptal, Shopify, Etsy, TaskRabbit, Rover

Required Documentation

  • Official suspension notice
  • Timestamp evidence showing 72+ hours

Does NOT Qualify

  • Suspension under 72 hours
  • Voluntary account closure
  • Fraud or policy violation suspension
  • Platform-wide outage

Category B — Employer Payroll Delay

Payroll delay of 5+ business days for W-2 employees only.

Required Documentation

  • Pay stub showing scheduled pay date
  • Bank statement confirming zero receipt
  • Payroll provider or employer confirmation

Does NOT Qualify

  • Delay under 5 business days
  • Partial payment received
  • Self-employed or contractor status
  • Late tips, commissions, or bonuses

Eligibility is calculated based on the date the event occurred, not the submission date. Claims must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the event.

How To Submit a Claim

Step 1: Log in to www.tonaxis.com
Step 2: Select “Submit Claim” from your dashboard
Step 3: Choose Category A or Category B
Step 4: Enter the event dates
Step 5: Upload supporting documentation
Step 6: Confirm bank account details
Step 7: Submit claim and receive confirmation email

How Claims Are Reviewed

TonAxis uses a binary approval standard. Claims are either approved or denied based strictly on eligibility requirements.

Risk Score Review Pathway
0–30 (Low) Auto review — same business day
31–64 (Standard) 3–5 business days
65–79 (Manual) 5–7 business days
80–89 (Enhanced) 7–10 business days
90–100 (Audit Hold) Senior review — within 10 business days

After Approval

  • ACH transfer initiated within 24–48 hours
  • Funds typically arrive within 1–2 business days
  • 12-month cooldown activates after payment initiation
  • Maximum one payment per rolling 12-month period

After Denial

  • Documentation denials may be corrected and resubmitted within 10 days
  • Eligibility denials are final for that event
  • Members may dispute decisions through support
